We will review your policy and procedure manual to ensure it is compliant with DOH regulations. In the event your policy is not up to regulation standard, we will provide a fully updated policy manual for an additional fee.

Emergency Preparedness Plan
We will review your emergency plan and include all DOH mandated components including policy, templates, rosters, and drill documentation.
Home Care Registry Review
We will assist with cross-referencing your personnel rosters with the registry to ensure compliance.
Communications Directory Review
We will create all necessary rosters, along with staff call-down list and organizational charts. We will then cross reference all information to ensure the directory is up-to-date.
Criminal History Roster Review
We will assist with cross-referencing your personnel rosters with the CHRC roster to ensure compliance.

We will create all rosters necessary for operating your LHCSA.
Follow Up and Collaborative Approach
You'll receive a detailed compliance report highlighting any discrepancies and actionable recommendations for corrections and deadlines. Our team partners with your agency to implement necessary changes, offering ongoing guidance and support. As part of your membership, a quarterly review is scheduled every 90 days to ensure continued compliance.
