Terms and Conditions

Please note, this is a mutually binding agreement, valid upon payment of this service. No oral changes are permitted. A full payment is due before receiving all documents listed in your package.

This consulting service consists of online communication, telephone conferences, and will include the option to mail documents to the client to solely serve the purpose of running a successful Licensed Home Care Service Agency. In the event any document is damaged during transit via air mail, Complimentary Consultants will not be responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged documents.

Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Complimentary Consultants harmless for any claims from customers or other clients, including any third parties for loss due to the client’s negligence or operation including legal costs incurred in defense of such claims.

Client assumes full responsibility for all files and templates after receiving them. If client refuses to pay for any items received such as manual policies, consultations or templates, the client agrees that Complimentary Consultants may take all reasonable actions necessary to recover missing payments through legal process without notice.

Attorney Fees: Client agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by Complimentary Consultants in enforcing these terms and conditions.

By making a payment, you (the client) understands, agrees, and accepts the terms and conditions listed.

After 24 hours of making a payment / agreeing to these terms and conditions, no refunds are permitted.
