We begin with a thorough review of your agency's past surveys (initial, complaints, and/or re-licensure) to understand your agency's specific needs and goals. Your Consultant will review results from your last audit and create an action plan for review.

Our team will arrive onsite (for five hours) to provide training and conduct interactive hands-on workshop activities that include a review of documentation, including policies, charts, meeting minutes, etc. Our experienced consultants will also provide additional training, for continued compliance with DOH regulations.

Your staff will receive a training notebook, writing materials, and all workshop activity items for an engaging and interactive session. We will work closely with your team onsite to implement the necessary changes, providing guidance and support every step of the way.
