TERMS & conditions

I hereby grant permission to Complimentary Consultants and their photography/videography team, along with their properties, to utilize my biographical information and photographs for promotional materials. I authorize Complimentary Consultants and its representatives to capture my participation, image, and appearance through various mediums, including but not limited to videotape, audiotape, film, and photography, with dissemination through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. I consent to the use of my name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical material in conjunction with these recordings and/or images. Complimentary Consultants and its authorized representatives may exhibit, distribute, and modify such recordings and/or images without restrictions or limitations for any educational or promotional purposes deemed appropriate. I understand and agree that Complimentary Consultants has the right to edit, reproduce, distribute, exhibit, or otherwise use any recording or transcription of my testimonial, whether in whole or in part, with or without attribution to me, at its sole discretion. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs/video or sound recordings, script, or printed matter associated with them. All photographs/video recordings shall be the exclusive property of Complimentary Consultants. I acknowledge that Complimentary Consultants is not obligated to seek my approval before using my photo, whether in its original or modified format. I hereby release Complimentary Consultants from any and all claims that may arise from the use of my words, image, or likeness. By registering to attend or speak at a Complimentary Consultants event, I consent to receive emails and updates from Complimentary Consultants and its affiliated websites.

In consideration for allowing me to participate in the Complimentary Consultants Event, I, on behalf of myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby agree as follows: (A) I waive, release, and discharge Complimentary Consultants and its officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability, including negligence, for any personal injury, property damage, theft, or other damages or actions of any kind arising from my participation in the Activity. (B) I indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue Complimentary Consultants for any liabilities or claims arising from my participation in the Activity, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
