Create a PERSONAL NY.GOV Account

Your NY.GOV account is used to access an online system for us to submit an application on your behalf. This system provides new entities the ability to submit applications for establishment through NYSE-CON.

Visit NY GOV website below and "Create an Account."

Make sure to create a "PERSONAL" account.
